  2. I really enjoyed the course and learnt some helpful strategies that I have implemented in class. Although I don't use these strategies in every lesson, I know they are available if need be. Learning and teaching also does not need to incorporate tech everyday but as teachers we should look at changing our approach. Jessie

  3. This course was such an eye opener for me to see how the students respond to TECH in a lesson and they really enjoy it. I learnt a lot on how to use the right amount of tech and also how to use it in my classroom. It was difficult for me to allow the students to play in the beginning and to figure things out but as the course progressed I learnt to let them go and play and encouraged it more and more. As soon as I was at ease with the Technology the students were at ease and felt more confident to work with it. I look forward to incorporating tech into more of my lessons.

  5. At the onset of the ICT4Red course, I found that I would have to really think hard as to how to integrate the technology in my lessons or PD sessions. I would first prepare my lesson and then technology would be added on. However, after ever session, I became more confident and comfortable in using technology in my preparation. I'm now at the point where I feel that technology is a vital part of the lesson and not an add on. I enjoy reading up on integrated teaching and learning. ICT4Red has sparked an inquiry frame of mind. It has also been great watching the teachers who have not been part of the course, learning from their peers and implementing strategies in their lessons. A BIG SHOUT OUT to Maggie and Sarah-Lee for always being available to assist and ready for me to bounce ideas off of. You ladies are amazing! I have thoroughly enjoyed working with my colleagues across the schools during our sessions and look forward to seeing great things in the classroom!

  6. CHALLENGING!! ICT4RED course really was a challenge but what an interesting course.. I have learnt so much from this course and very excited to implement most of these strategies using technology which is sometimes a bit daunting.. The more technology used, the better I get at it..
